NYC woman with long rap sheet busted for biting own pit bull: ‘That’s what I do, I bite my dog’

Jilian Teixeria, 24, allegedly grabbed the brown female dog by the ears and bit her on the head around 6:15 p.m. Saturday on East 86th Street near Lexington Avenue, according to a complaint filed in Manhattan Criminal Court.
