CDC says nine deaths from listeria tied to tainted deli meats

The CDC said nine people have died and dozens of others have been hospitalized from an outbreak of listeria tied to tainted Boar's Head deli meats. Seven million pounds of meat have been recalled from a Boar's Head plant in Virginia. NBC News' Anne Thompson reports.
