Long Island Paralympic swimmer returns to compete in Paris

LONG ISLAND, N.Y. (PIX11) -- One fierce competitor you're going to want to watch is New York's very own Anastasia Pagonis.

The Paralympic blind swimmer from Long Island suddenly lost her vision as a young teenager.

Anastasia attended the Tokyo Games in 2020 and brought home gold and silver medals.

But what she's doing outside the pool is just as important to the disabled community.
