It all comes down to five tips, she explained, that help her look natural and healthy as she gets older.

Her first piece of advice might not be something you want to hear, but she swears it works wonders – that’s right, exercise.

Morgan said she incorporates it in to her day-to-day life to keep fit, and it doesn’t have to be boring exercise at the gym.

She suggested yoga, fitness classes, tennis and other sports, as well as regular weightlifting.

As well exercise, Morgan said she swears by avoiding seed oils in her food to look and feel her best.

Skincare fans might be shocked to hear her third tip, but the former model said she never uses a cleanser to wash her face in the morning, only at night.

“Wash it at night and put on all of your products, a vitamin C, a retinol, hydration, all of that. But only rinse in the morning,” she said.

Staying on the topic of beauty, Morgan said she doesn’t use tinted moisturiser or liquid foundation.

“I know that seems weird she said,” adding that she will still use a solid stick foundation and concealer in spots she wants extra coverage.

Finally, Morgan shared her “most important” tip which is to “be responsible for your own joy.”

She explained that she “wakes up every day and chooses joy,” which helps her live an ageless and thriving life.

People rushed the the comment section of her viral video, stunned by her youthful look.

“You look amazing!” you look so happy inside and out,” one said.

“All of this, and always wearing sunscreen,” someone else wrote.

And a third commented: “You look so much younger than 60, your energy is amazing.”

The importance of sun cream in your skincare routine

Dermatologist and skincare enthusiast Andrea Suarez - known as Dr Dray - revealed why you should wear suncream.

The one thing you can do that will make the biggest difference – and this matters for all ages – is protecting your skin from the sun, Andrea stressed.

“The vast majority of external aging is due to exposure to ultraviolet radiation,” she continued, not because you’re “not using some jazzy serum or layering 90 different things on your face everyday”.

“If you’re not doing in your 20s, get on that now.”

But she said the use of sun cream alone doesn’t go far enough. Andrea urged that you also wear sun-protective clothing like broad-brimmed hats and long sleeves, on top of not staying out too long in the sun.

Doing this over your lifetime – and all year, not just during the summer or on sunny days – “will reduce the visible signs of photoageing”, Andrea said.

Those are wrinkles, muddled pigmentation and sagging skin.
