Tottenham Hotspur face Newcastle United in the Premier League this weekend as they look to continue their unbeaten start to the 2024/25 season.

We believe that Guglielmo Vicario will retain his spot between the sticks, with Cristian Romero and Micky Van de Ven playing in front of him once more.

Destiny Udogie and Pedro Porro continue in the inverted full-back positions, although Djed Spence is likely to get some minutes off the bench for one of them in the last 20 minutes.

In midfield, Yves Bissouma will be hoping to make it two goals in two games from the pivot position, while Pape Matar Sarr returns to add some extra solidity to the middle of the park.

James Maddison retains his place in the creative role for Tottenham, although Lucas Bergvall will once again get a chance to impress at the end of the second half.

Up front, Brennan Johnson drops down to the bench to hand Wilson Odobert his second Spurs start on the left, while Dejan Kulusevski will look to continue his fine form off the right.

In the absence of both Dominic Solanke and Richarlison, Heung-min Son starts up front.
