Editorial: County voters generous

Lucas County voters dug deep into their wallets and approved funding for crucial community institutions in the election Tuesday. Our quality of life is protected by the wisdom demonstrated by county voters. The four new countywide ballot issues will add $165 a year to the property tax bill on a $100,000 home, and $203 on top of that for Toledo School District residents.
