UK sanctions Angola's Isabel dos Santos in graft crackdown

The UK government on Thursday announced sanctions on Angola's Isabel dos Santos, the billionaire businesswoman and daughter of the country's former president, as part of a new anti-corruption drive. The Conservative government of Boris Johnson announced the first sanctions under its new global anti-corruption regime in 2021.
