Holiday season officially underway with Portland's martini light
PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- The holiday season is officially underway with the lighting of the West Hill's martini light in Portland this week.
The 30-by-30-foot sign in the Southwest Hills of Portland is hard to miss. The iconic light went up in 2015 and is made of plastic pipes and LED lights.
This comes as Portland's downtown ice skating along with OMSI's are a seasonal holiday activity to participate in this weekend. Not to mention, Zoo Lights and Pittock Mansion are now ready for the holiday season as November nears its end.
