Land-for-jobs case against Lalu Prasad: Obtained sanctions to prosecute 30 accused, CBI tells court

The CBI submitted required sanctions to a Delhi court to prosecute 30 accused, including former railway minister Lalu Prasad, in the land-for-jobs scam. One sanction remains pending. The case involves Group-D railway appointments made in exchange for land transferred to Prasad's family and associates between 2004 and 2009. The court will reconvene on December 23.
