Total debt on major telcos hits Rs 4.09 lakh crore in FY24; BSNL debt lowest at Rs 23,297 crore
India's major telecom operators held a combined debt of Rs 4.09 lakh crore in FY24. BSNL, with the lowest debt at Rs 23,297 crore, benefited from government revival packages, reducing its debt from Rs 40,400 crore in FY22. Vodafone Idea carried the highest debt at Rs 2.07 lakh crore, followed by Bharti Airtel and Jio Infocomm.
