Plea for implementing integrated help system for women across India not justiciable: SC

The Supreme Court examined a plea for a nationwide system aiding women survivors of violence. The court found the matter not suitable for judicial intervention. It suggested NALSA handle the issue administratively. The system integrates helplines and government schemes. A pilot project already operates in Jammu and Kashmir and Chhattisgarh. NALSA will present its view to the court.
