WATCH: Catholic seminarians serenade guests at Latter-day Saints’ Christmas event
MANILA, Philippines – The annual temple lighting activity of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, formerly called the Mormon Church, is a feast for people of different faiths.
Even Filipino Catholics and other non-members joined the Latter-day Saints at their Manila Philippines Temple along White Plains, Quezon City, as the church lit up their place of worship on Friday evening, November 29.
In one of the most applauded portions of the program, nearly 20 Catholic seminarians from the Holy Apostles Senior Seminary in Makati City serenaded guests at the Latter-day Saints’ Philippine Missionary Training Center across the White Plains temple.
It was an excellent display of interfaith harmony, guests and online viewers observed.
