CJI Sanjiv Khanna recuses from hearing pleas against exclusion of CJI from panel selecting CEC, ECs

Chief Justice of India Sanjiv Khanna recuses himself from hearing pleas challenging the exclusion of the CJI from the panel for selecting the chief election commissioner and election commissioners. The cases will be listed before another bench after the winter break. Responses to the PILs are to be filed in the meantime.
