Poor weather set to force changes to Notre-Dame reopening ceremony
Wind and rain are set to disrupt the reopening ceremony for Notre Dame Cathedral on Saturday with one major change being that President Emmanuel Macron will now give a speech inside the cathedral rather than on its forecourt. "This is exceptional because in France the laws around the separation of the State and the church are very important. But given the state of the weather, an exception has been made." says FRANCE 24 journalist Claire Paccalin reporting from Paris.
