My hair was falling out in clumps but I grew back all the thinning with 4 easy changes – one is so relaxing too
A WOMAN has shared the three changes she made to her haircare routine to fix bald spots.
Ally Blue took to social media to show off her secrets and revealed just how much her hair has grown since her new routine.
Her thinning bald spots were now thick and full of hair[/caption]In the clip, Ally showed that her hair was falling out in clumps when she was getting in the shower, leading to thinning hair and bald patches.
But now her locks were the complete opposite looking shiny and thick.
She said: “How I regrew my thinning hair from this to this.”
The first step Ally swore by was doing a scalp massage every single day.
The hair whizz said this helps stimulate blood flow to the scalp to promote regrowth – plus, it’s super relaxing to do as well.
Next, Ally swears by laser therapy and used a red light therapy on her scalp every other day.
Studies have proven that the red lights renew cell growth and help hair grow.
Ally also used rosemary water that she made at home every single morning.
She made it at home with fresh rosemary and water before adding it to a spray bottle.
She said she applied it every morning and let it air dry to promote more blood flow to the scalp.
Last but not least, Ally had stopped using heat on her hair, instead, she opted to keep her hair in protective hairstyles like braids to stop it from breaking.
The clip posted to her TikTok account @growfinity8 went viral with over 1.3 million views and 31k likes.
People were quick to thank Ally in the comments section.

Hair Loss 101
HAIR pro Samantha Cusick has revealed everything you need to know about hair loss.
Why Does Hair Loss Happen?
Hair loss can be influenced by so many factors, from genetics and hormone changes to lifestyle choices.
Stress, diet, and even hair care habits can all impact hair strength.
It’s perfectly normal to lose some hair each day, but sometimes the body can shed more than usual, responding to things like hormonal shifts or even life stressors.
Why It Happens More This Time of Year
Have you ever noticed your hair seems to shed more in autumn? That’s seasonal shedding!
During summer, we hold onto extra hair to protect our scalp from the sun.
As the weather cools, it’s like our body recalibrates and lets go of those extra strands.
Dry, cooler air can also make hair more brittle, making it easier to lose a little extra volume during these months.
Hacks and Affordable Buys to Treat Hair loss
The great news? You don’t need to spend a fortune on pricey treatments to support your hair.
Try daily scalp massages—they’re so simple but really help boost blood flow to the follicles.
Castor oil is another fantastic, budget-friendly option that’s rich in nutrients to strengthen your strands.
Adding a bit more protein to your diet and a biotin supplement can also work wonders for overall hair health.
Products to Avoid
Steer clear of products with high levels of alcohol, sulphates, and parabens – they can be drying and damage hair over time.
Heat styling and chemical treatments can also cause breakage, so try to use them sparingly.
Instead, look for gentle, hydrating formulas to support your scalp and keep hair healthier through the seasons.
Another commented: “Rosemary is the best!”
“I’ve been doing this for 3+ years. Hair has never been stronger or happier!” penned a third.
Meanwhile a fourth said: “Thank you so much for this!”
“How long did this take?” asked a fifth.
She replied: “I could literally feel new baby hairs within 40 days. Obviously it takes time to grow it 12 inches again. Laser therapy is super powerful.”
