India to become third-largest economy by 2027-28: Ashwini Vaishnaw
"Our nominal growth is around 10% to 11%. So, we should be around Rs 330 lakh crore (around $4 trillion) right now. Simultaneously, the Japanese and German economies are also passing through a very tough phase at this point of time. So, my estimate would be, we should be the third largest economy somewhere in 2027 or maybe 2028," Ashwini Vaishnaw said.
