Garbage truck stuck under bridge on Colvin Avenue
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A garbage truck got stuck under an overpass bridge on Colvin Avenue on Friday morning, police said.
The truck was stuck in the area between Amherst Street and Linden Avenue. It got stuck around 7 a.m.
Police were on scene assessing the situation after some natural gas discharged from the truck and blew out a few windows in nearby buildings.
Drivers are asked to avoid the area Friday morning and seek alternate routes.
