Reel Passion makes it two straight Governor’s Cup billfish victories
Reel Passion, owned by Bill Ingram and captained by Gary Richardson, won its second straight South Carolina Governor’s Cup Billfishing Series event, the Carolina Billfish Classic fished out of Toler’s Cove Marina in Mount Pleasant and Georgetown Landing.
