Citizenship of Kazakhstan for 6 500 euros? Ministry's response

Tengrinews.kz - An announcement appeared on social networks about registration of citizenship of Kazakhstan for Russians from 6 500 euros (more than 3.3 million tenge) in installments.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs confirmed that there is indeed an advertisement on the Internet for companies providing services for consulting, collecting and preparing documents for obtaining a number of migration services from the internal affairs bodies, including admission to citizenship.

"It should be noted that these companies do not issue citizenship or identity documents. In this regard, the Ministry of Internal Affairs warns of possible cases of fraud via the Internet in this area," the police warned.

Law enforcement officers added that in order to obtain Kazakhstan citizenship, applicants must personally contact the internal affairs bodies. At the same time, submitting a package of documents by proxy or through third parties is prohibited.
