New chief takes over at CAAP

A civil aviation expert with 43 years of experience in the industry was revealed as the new Director General of the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP), the agency said. Capt. Antonio Buendia became the new CAAP Director General after ex-Director General William Hotchkiss III finally turned over the reins of the agency.
