State judge sets Wednesday hearing on Dylann Roof trial schedule
Opposing attorneys and a judge during a hearing next week are expected to discuss whether the state should try Dylann Roof before the federal government, 9th Circuit Solicitor Scarlett Wilson said Thursday.
