‘Habagat’ suspends classes in NCR, four provinces

As typhoon “Butchoy” barreled through the eastern part of Taiwan packing winds of up to 191 kilometers per hour (kph) and gustiness of up to 234 kph, the southwest monsoon which it enhanced in its exit brought moderate to occasionally heavy rains all night Thursday prompting the suspension of classes in all levels in Metro Manila, Bataan, Zambales, Cavite, and Rizal provinces.
