Terror's homeland reach
Tuesday was the 15th anniversary of President George W. Bush’s "War on Terror" speech to Congress. And while Americans continue to debate how to conduct — and what to call — our ongoing struggle against terrorism, that 21st century menace hit the homeland again over the weekend.
