“Whether you are a completely pious person like Brett Kavanaugh was his whole life, or whether you do have like a messy background story like Pete does… what’s the same is that you get these allegations that are aired publicly before they are investigated, and allegations are very easy to throw out there, particularly when they’re anonymously sourced.”
