B.C. hospitals, schools at risk of collapse in quake

Although B.C. has spent billions of dollars to keep people safe in an earthquake, many major buildings and infrastructure remain at risk. The provincial legislature building, numerous hospitals and emergency rooms, more than 100 schools, nearly 30 buildings at the University of British Columbia and other significant public buildings still need seismic upgrades.
