Kapanke to seek recount in 32nd Senate race; Shilling wins second term as minority leader

Republican Dan Kapanke will seek a recount in his bid to unseat state Sen. Jennifer Shilling, who was elected Tuesday to a second term as her party’s leader in the Senate.
