Baggies Norwich Leeds or Southampton

Purely from a Blues point of view who would you think best to see get the final place in the Prem.

As Blues have opted out of the Championship for next season I think Norwich to go up.

Reasoning.

Another season in the Championship will be damaging for Leeds and Southampton financially and could well see the departure of some of the better players.

Baggies, its been well documented that they need to "Re set" financially with another campaign in the second tier.

So Norwich for me, not who I think will win but what I think could help Blues when we get back.
