Cow vigilante shot at by cattle smugglers in Haryana's Nuh

In the early hours of Saturday, a cow vigilante named Sonu Sarpanch was allegedly shot by cattle smugglers near a village in Haryana. Sonu was taken to a private hospital for treatment, then transferred to Medanta Medicity in Gurugram. The incident occurred on the Delhi-Mumbai expressway during a pursuit of smugglers, as reported by the Superintendent of Police in Nuh.

Delhi water crisis: Congres organises 'matka phod' protests in Delhi

Amid a water crisis in the national capital, the Delhi Congress held 'matka phod' protests across the city on Saturday with its members smashing earthen pots to the ground. The protests began around 10 am in all 280 blocks in Delhi.
