Air tankers and helicopters attack Arizona wildfire that has forced evacuations near Phoenix

Air tankers and helicopters have joined nearly 200 firefighters battling a wildfire northeast of Phoenix that has forced dozens of residents to flee their homes. Fire officials say that there have been no immediate reports of any injuries or homes damaged by the human-caused blaze that broke out the previous afternoon. But the evacuation area was expanded after an estimated 60 people already had left their homes in a Scottsdale-area subdivision. Vasant Vihar wall collapse: Body of labourer recovered from under debris, 2 feared trapped

A laborer, Santosh Kumar Yadav, 19, was found dead under debris from a wall collapse at a construction site in Vasant Vihar, Delhi, amid heavy rain. The incident occurred on Friday and was reported to the Delhi Fire Services early Saturday morning. Rescue operations are ongoing for two other laborers feared trapped. The National Disaster Response Force, Delhi Disaster Management Authority, and civic agencies are involved in the efforts, using cranes to clear debris and pumping water out of the site.
