Porsche case: Pune cops plan to move SC against release of juvenile accused

Pune police plan to challenge the Bombay High Court's decision to release a 17-year-old involved in a fatal Porsche accident in May. The HC deemed the Juvenile Justice Board's (JJB) remand orders illegal and ordered the boy's release on June 25. Initially, the teenager, granted bail shortly after the May 19 accident, was sent to an observation home following public outcry.
