Officials say a suspected drunk driver drove his pickup truck into a New York City Park, killing three people and injuring eight others during a July 4th gathering. He was charged with driving under the influence. NBC News' George Solis reports.

The crash occurred inside the Zion-Mount Carmel Tunnel, park officials said in a news release.
