Off-duty NYPD school crossing guard arrested in the Bronx: police

THE BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) – An off-duty New York City employee was arrested in the Bronx on Monday, according to the NYPD. Jaleesa Brooks, an NYPD school crossing guard, was taken into custody around 10 p.m. The 35-year-old was charged with assault and harassment.

It looks like there were two refs involved who got life bans and two including Zwayer who were very peripherally involved.
Zwayer took €300 and then reported it and one other ref was banned for not reporting information promptly.

Obviously the German FA are satisfied that his fault was minimal as otherwise he wouldn't have been allowed back or promoted.
