Lake George man admits to attempting to entice minor

According to the Department of Justice (DOJ), Cutter admitted that on June 27, 2023, he exchanged sexually explicit texts with someone he believed was an adult offering services of a 12-year-old girl, in an attempt to entice the child to engage in sexual acts with him.
