Biden receiving security briefing on Trump rally shooting

President Biden denounced political violence after the assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump during Saturday's rally in Pennsylvania. The White House said Mr. Biden and Trump had a "good, short and respectful" call following the shooting where the former president's ear was grazed by a bullet. A bystander was also killed.
