Complete verification of migrant labourers for ration cards in 1 month: SC to states

It seta four-week deadline for completion and directing the Centre to provide food grains to compliant states. Justices emphasised urgency and accountability, noting Bihar and Telangana as exemplary. The Court also highlighted issues of ration distribution and scheduled a follow-up hearing on August 27 regarding compliance with earlier directives for migrant welfare.
