Brazilian Ambassador returning to BA next week

Brazil's Ambassador to Buenos Aires Julio Bitelli Tuesday downplayed the importance of the not-so-good relationship between Presidents Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva and Javier Milei and insisted he would be returning to his post in the Argentine capital next week after being summoned during the weekend for consultations with Foreign Minister Mauro Vieira.

Indian CAPF, special forces canine squad in France for Olympics venue security

Ten specially-trained Indian CAPF and special commando force dogs have been sent to France to provide security for the Paris Olympics, conducting sniffing and patrolling duties at various event venues. The Belgian Malinois breed dogs, known for their combat capabilities, will assist in detecting bombs and troublemakers. The canine teams underwent extensive training for this collaboration between Indian and French security forces.
