The former security minister who now holds the same role in the shadow cabinet has thrown his hat into the ring as Rishi Sunak’s possible replacement after the Tories’ abysmal performance in the general election.

Government was sleeping at wheel: Congress on 'fall' in India's garment exports

The Congress criticised the government for India's declining garment exports, pointing out that Bangladesh and Vietnam have surpassed India's exports in the past decade, attributing the situation to the government's inaction.
