Gurgaon court acquits ASI and two others in murder conspiracy case

A Gurgaon court acquitted an assistant sub-inspector and two others of murder conspiracy charges due to a lack of evidence. ASI Raj Singh was accused of plotting with two criminals to kill sub-inspector Raj Kumar. The charges arose after Surender alias Sunda allegedly disclosed the plot during an interrogation. However, Kumar later denied having enmity with Singh, and no money was recovered. The court ruled the prosecution failed to prove the conspiracy, leading to the acquittal of the accused.
