Rau's IAS Study Circle was operating illegal library in the basement, had NOC only for storage: Delhi Fire Dept

Abhishek Gupta, owner of Rau's IAS Study Circle, and another individual face negligent conduct charges after three students drowned in the flooded basement of their building. The library lacked necessary clearances and had no drainage system. The incident led to their judicial custody. The deceased students are Shreya Yadav, Tanya Soni, and Nevin Dalvin. Authorities are investigating the lack of proper clearances.
