Court rejects bail for SUV driver and co-owners in Delhi coaching centre deaths case

A Delhi court denied bail to SUV driver Manuj Kathuria and four basement co-owners—Tejinder Singh, Parvinder Singh, Harvinder Singh, and Sarabjeet Singh—charged in connection with the deaths of three UPSC aspirants who drowned in a flooded coaching center. Judge Vinod Kumar of Tis Hazari Court dismissed all bail applications and requested a response from the investigating officer regarding a plea to declare Kathuria’s arrest illegal. The court has scheduled the next hearing for August 7.
