Hero FinCorp files DRHP to raise funds via IPO

Hero FinCorp IPO News: Hero FinCorp, the financial services arm of Hero MotoCorp, has filed its DRHP with SEBI for an initial public offering (IPO). The IPO will include a fresh issue of shares worth Rs 2,100 crore and an offer for sale worth Rs 1,568 crore. Proceeds will be used to fund future capital requirements, especially for onward lending.
