Zoomcar launches first fulfilment centre in Chennai, plans 100 more in 2024

Self-drive car-sharing platform Zoomcar on Friday said it has launched its first fulfilment centre in Chennai and plans to add more than 100 such centres this year. As part of the expansion, the company said, it is also looking to add 1,000 new cars on the platform by December this year. Operated by a third-party operator, such facilities manage end-to-end operations of car listings on behalf of the hosts who want to earn by sharing their cars but find it challenging to do it themselves, Zoomcar said.
