Chronic kidney disease (CKD) has become more common in recent decades, putting significant strain on healthcare systems worldwide. CKD is a global health issue that can lead to severe complications such as kidney failure and death.

This manuscript contains several new spaces as the generalizations of fuzzy triple controlled metric space, fuzzy controlled hexagonal metric space, fuzzy pentagonal controlled metric space and intuitionistic fuzzy double controlled metric space.
