UN hosts Libya rivals for central bank crisis talks

The United Nations said it held talks Monday with rival powers in Libya over the country's central bank crisis which has threatened vital oil income. The UN mission said the talks in the capital Tripoli "concluded with significant understandings" between the two sides "on ways to address" the bank crisis.

Infosys sends joining dates to freshers of April 2022 after delays

The move comes days after ET reported that about 1,500 students from the April 2022 batch having offer letters seeking clarity on the job prospects after appearing for two rounds of pre-training in July and August. Since April 2022, around 2,000 engineering graduates of that year’s batch were delayed onboarding after receiving offer letters from Infosys to join for system engineers (SE) and digital SE roles at Rs 3.2-3.7 lakh annual packages.
