Putin is not currently interested in Western media interviews, Kremlin says

President Vladimir Putin is not interested in granting an interview to Wall Street Journal reporter Evan Gershkovich, who was freed from Russian prison last month. Gershkovich, convicted of espionage charges he denied, requested an interview during his release in a prisoner swap. The Kremlin stated there is no occasion for such an interview currently.
