Mpox patient recovering well, no need to panic: LNJP medical director

The mpox patient undergoing treatment at LNJP Hospital here is recovering well, the hospital's Medical Director Suresh Kumar said on Thursday. "Mpox is a DNA virus and its rashes typically appear on the palms, soles and skin as maculopapular lesions, which are larger and more pronounced.These can also develop into ulcerated rashes and large skin lesions," Kumar told PTI Videos. UBS: Francine May Have Disrupted 1.5 Million Barrels of U.S. Crude

Analysts at Wall Street bank UBS estimate that hurricane Francine may have disrupted up to 1.5 million barrels of U.S. crude production in total, according to a Thursday report from CNBC.
