Eve Frontier is a survival game spin-off of Eve Online and, yup, it's full of blockchain bullshit

An upcoming "survival experience" from the makers of Eve Online got its first trailer today, teasing spaceships against stellar backdrops. Eve Frontier was previously known as Project Awakening and is set in a faraway sector of the Eve universe. The developer calls it "a sandbox which focuses on self-reliance, skill-based tactical gameplay and third-party development". Huh? Third party development? Oh, I see. It has a bunch of blockchain cryptocurrency horseshit attached to it. Great.

Mikel Arteta agrees new Arsenal deal

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has signed a new three-year contract with the club. Since taking over in December 2019, he has led Arsenal to an FA Cup victory and two Premier League runner-up finishes. California has dramatically improved its air quality, but racial disparities persist

Californians breathe much cleaner air today than they did 25 years ago. That's according to a new study published today in Science Advances, which found that the state's aggressive emissions policies have reduced residents' exposure to PM2.5 pollution—fine particulate matter in the air—from cars, trucks and other vehicles by 65% since 2000.

Teenager arrested in connection with TfL cyber attack

Plans to extend pay-as-you-go contactless ticketing to another 47 stations in south east England on 22 September have been delayed because of the cyber attack on computer systems at Transport for London. TfL has also disclosed that financial and other data about its customers could have been obtained by the attackers, and that some services may be disrupted. A boy aged 17 has been arrested and bailed in connection with the incident.
