Bankruptcy court admits insolvency resolution plea against four Future Group affiliates

The bankruptcy court has admitted four Future Group companies, including Future Corporate Resources and Central Departmental Stores, under the corporate insolvency resolution process. The Mumbai bench of the National Company Law Tribunal appointed Avil Jerome Menezes as interim resolution professional.
