CEC says special care taken in scheduling elections for Maharashtra and Jharkhand

Maharashtra will have assembly polls on November 20, while Jharkhand will have them in two phases on November 13 and 20. By-elections will also be held in 48 assembly constituencies and two parliamentary seats. Results will be announced on November 23. Special measures are being taken to ensure higher voter turnout, especially in urban areas.

Hawaii to leave Big West, join Mountain West
