Court directs issuance of notice over suit claiming Shiva temple in Ajmer dargah

An Ajmer court issued notices regarding a civil suit about the Ajmer Dargah. The suit claims a Shiva temple exists within the dargah. The court seeks responses from the Dargah Committee, Ministry of Minority Affairs, and ASI. The plaintiff demands the dargah be declared a temple. They also want Hindu worship rights there. The next hearing is December 20.
